I don't agree. Experience (mine and others) have shown that the use of any
non-alphabetical character in a password will lead to troubles. Users aren't
as 'smart' (sorry) as we administrators think/wish they where...

What CAN be done is a toggle in the global/branch config that say 'allow all
characters as password'. But that's a wishlist I don't have time to fix. Yet....
